Crazy day

so my day started off pretty crazy...
I awoke to the sound of my roommate reorganizing and things in and out of her room.
This caught me off guard because it was 8:20 am on a thursday...
My roommate is an accountant and is usually out of the house by 8:15.
I laid in my bed wondering why she was still in the house..and why in the world she would decide to reorganize and clean at this hour...
I started to wonder if she was angry....
I even thought maybe she was still angry from the results of the Lost Season Finale haha.
After pondering for 15 minutes I got up and came out of my room only to see all of her suitcases and clothes in the Living room.
I realized that i Just missed her.
Suddenly there was a knock on my door. This caught me by surprise.
"oh, she must be back" i thought...
so i opened the door only to see the building Maintenence man.
I was really confused...

me: "he...llo?"
Maintence: "Hi, im here to check out your water heater"
me: "what?"
maintence: "what?"
me: "what?"
confused i look around and see that my roommate left a note telling me that the water heater leaked all over her closet
(the water heater is located inside my roommates closet)
me:"ooooohhhhh yeah water heater come on in"

so after a while the maintence man comes out of the room and tell me that we need a new water heater...
he was really friendly and very detailed.
unfortunately the water heater would not get here until 10 am tomorrow...so we had to make due without any hot water til then...
the management were really helpful and even let us have access to the empty apartment next door to use their shower...
i must say....its pretty creepy using their shower...
My roommate and I took turns guarding the apartment while we took our showers haha.

man, what a long day...
I really hope the water heater comes on time tomorrow...
i would hate to go another day without warm water...

kinda remind me of the months i spent in Yanji...
The first summer i took a cold shower every single morning..because i refused to go to the public baths...
the second summer I got sick of waking up at the crack of dawn to only to shower with a million other people...talk about...awkward
oh the memories hahaha
i have some reaaaaally funny stories about that...
next time next time

anyways
I ran away to barnes and noble today because i didn't want to stay home while they worked on the water heater...
I looked through a bunch of photo books and i got inspired to take pictures today in the empty apartment next door...
