THank you!!

So...my friends pulled a really big one on me this year...
For the past two weeks i was secretly getting worried about how i was going to spend my birthday this year...
it was the first year in which my sister AND my boyfriend were not going to be with me to spend the day...so i was really uncomfortable in asking people to do something.
The truth is...birthdays have always been really tricky for me..
my whole life i hated it because my birthday was the day before independance day...so all my friends were always on vacation...
i never had my first birthday party until i was probably in highschool...and there was a total of like 5 people there haha.
This year i planned on just keeping it to myself and my roomate...
my friends were actually acting kinda cold and indifferent about it hahahah...
little did i know...this was all on purpose...
but i was trying to be the big man...i had to much pride to admit that i was kind of hurt about it..
well yesterday...my friend Junghwa came over to my place really unexpectedly while i was doing my hair...
she kept asking to see the roof for the music video she is was going to shoot in a few weeks...
i was really confused and tried to take my time..
but she kept being really pushy...demanding that i put on some nice clothes and fix myself up hahaha...just to go up on my roof..
i started to get so annoyed with it that i demanded that we just go up looking crazy hahaha.
so i walked infront of her really quickly and started flying up the steps to the roof and just talking talking....
suddenly people screamed SURPRISE!
i was so shocked to see all my friends standing in the dark with a beautiful strawberry cheesecake (that avery made) singing happy birthday...
i was so touched...
truth is...i was going to cry...but i kept it in...
i felt as though i needed to keep my cool hahaha...so i choked back the tears and smiled...so shocked...
then they gave me a gift..everyone pitched in and got me a new tripod...something i needed sooo badly...
i was soo touched...
then i went onto the rood to see that they decorated the roof with balloons...
it was great...
ah...just thinking about it makes me choke up...
i dont think i give these people enough credit in my life...
i love these people....
