this freaks me out man

what a frustrating two days...
ah, there is a possibility we wont have power for the next three days..
so my roommate and i went to Wallgreens to stacked up on candles last night and bought two flash lights...
apparently there were a bunch of tornadoes and power outages in the midwest so my cashier tried to strike up a conversation about it and asked me if we were effected...
After trying to understand what she was saying i realized she was smashed drunk...i could smell the alcohol on her breath..aigoo
last night was pretty funny..we lit all the candles...the apartment smelled really nice
through it all i'm just happy we at least have warm water and the weather is cool enough to keep the windows open...
the only bad thing is we cant blowdry and cook....
aigoo..i can smell our neighbors making bacon...
i am sooo hungry
the electric company told us someone came this morning to turn on our power but they didnt...
aigoo..
so i have to sit at home doing nothing for the next 6 hours with no food..JUST in case they come today...if not then we will be powerless until Monday...
reminds me of the old China Mission days....
oh how i miss those days..
this week is the 3rd year mark for living in Chicago..
