6 years ago I was a huge fan of Apple...
But i dunno anymore...
I think i stay with Apple now more because of the fact that i really have no choice when it comes to my work....
Im not a big fan of the Ipods...Iphones...and now the Ipads...
I know..i say this now but later..when i start rolling in the CHING CHING i will most likely get all this crap too hahaha.
I dunno..i just cant deal with all this compact multitasking....
Its kinda like that phone in asia and Europe...the watch phone...
WHY THE !#@#$ would you want your phone on your watch?!
I dunno...maybe im just really bad with change....
sometimes i feel like Apple products just feed into the whole individualistic mindset...
i feel like people are so addicted to the internet these days...
Even i admit i am a little addicted to internet...
but why?
because we have so much freakin access to it.
Its everywhere..on everything...
its kind of like texting...
i remember when i was in highschool...no one had cellphones...
if you were one of the special kids who DID have a cell phone..you would always ask them to use it to call mom and dad hahaha.
There was no such thing as texting so teachers never had to worry about students looking down during classes reading their phones.
Im sure my friends in Korea who teach English understand why I complain so much about this...
a few summers back when I taught English for a summer i would constantly fight with these middle school students about texting during class. These little devils were so good at texting..they could do it while their phones and hands were still in their pockets. I dunno, call me mean but...i hated it because i felt like it was extremely disrespectful to the teacher. To me..texting during class is the same as picking up a phone call.
lol students' cellphones are taken up in their homeroom before school starts so i don't really have to worry about it during my class. in my after school class, if i catch them on their cell phones, i usually confiscate it and then make them either beat box to my teaching or dance to a random song on youtube, so they've learned not to do it.
